- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to obtain Non-Personal Services of a Catholic Priest. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Catholic Priest shall provide quality pastoral care and services to the Catholic Community at Buckley AFB CO. The Catholic Priest, plans, organizes, and directs the activates of the Catholic Community,ensuring that the Catholic program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. The priest is responsible for the Catholic program by carrying out all related duties following applicable DOD, Air Force, AFSPC, 460th SW/HC and AMS, regulation and policies. Period of Performance 1 Jun 2009 - 31 May 2010 with option for 3 additional years. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 813110 and Size Standard $7.0 million apply to this procurement. The Entire Solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ approximately 20 March 2009 with an anticipated closing date of 31 March 2009. No paper copies will be issued.
