- The Government intends to issue a modification to award N00189-08-F-0515, for Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. The purpose of this modification is to add additional work that has been determined in scope with the original award. The modification will complete the installation of the Laser Shot Shooting Systems motion platform simulator in accordance with the current contract award terms and conditions, to include the shelter for the simulator for NECC Maritime Expeditionary Security Forces (MESF) at Bahrain Naval Base. Laser Shot is the only company that could provide the shelter suite capable of meeting the compatibility requirements of MESF, and that would also be compatible with the Laser Shot Shooting Systems motion platform simulator that was already purchased.
