- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.0SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall perform a complete work-up and analysis that includes the following: 1.1There will be 12 peptides supplied to the contractor for processing. The contractor will conjugate KLH to each peptide antigen followed by peptide processing. 1.2Polyclonal antisera will be generated from immunized rabbits. Rabbits are to receive 6 immunizations with the processed peptides (2 rabbits per peptide). 1.3Sera will be harvested by production bleeds and terminal bleeds. 1.4ELISA screening of obtained sera to confirm specific antibody response and highest titers. 1.5Processing of antibody using non-phosphopeptide column to eliminate non-phosphopeptide antibodies. 1.6Affinity purification of eluates from part 3.5 using phospho-peptide conjugated new column to isolate phosphopeptide-specific antibodies.
