- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA intends to enter into negotiations for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on an other than a full and open competition basis with Furgo Pelagos, Inc, 3738 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA 92123 for the upgrade of an existing Air-Winfrog software. Air-Winfrog shall be upgraded to support the use of Dual-Band Lumistar cards, compatibility with the Advanced Range Data System messages, the development of a custom telemetry format and Interface Control Document for VIPS, Graphics View Enhancements and the checkout and testing of existing NAVSTAR GPS receiver drivers. The solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FEBBIZOPPS website at http://vsearch2.eps.gov/servlet/searchservlet on or about 4/01/09. The solicitation will close on or about 4/30/09. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
