- This acquisition will be a modification to an already existing contract. Refurbish 60 each T-700 Mid Frames Per DMWR 1-2840-248-1 Change #9. Negotiations to be conducted solely with GE Engine Services Inc., the original equipment manufacturer of the T-700 engine and is the only Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) approved source. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competion is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Resonsible Source. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
