- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort Bragg, intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide lodging, conference space and meals for a Singles Retreat for 525th SB beginning on 27 March 2009 to 29 March 2009, held in Williamsburg, VA. The Contractor will be responsible for providing 72 double occupancy lodging rooms for 2 nights, buffet meals ( 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners) for 85 adults, light refreshments for 85 adults, 1 conference space for adults, audio visual equipment (proxima/screen/3 mics), TV/DVDs required and free parking for 15 vehicles for the duration of the retreat. The purpose of this contract will be to provide cost effective service for the period of performance of 27 March 29 March 2009. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract beginning 27 March to 29 March 2009. This requirement is determined to be classified under NAICS code is 721110 and size standard is 7.0M. The solicitation can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 19 March 2009 under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0233. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Offerors received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of offerors meeting or exceeding the acceptable standards. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. Offers are due on or about 24 March 2009 and award is anticipated prior to 27 March.
