Solicitation will be sole source to FLIR Systems Inc., 27700 SE Parkway Ave., Wilsonville OR 97070-8238 23258(CAGE: 64869) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The Government does not own the rights to provide detailed manufacturing drawings.
