- The United States Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Information Technology (IT) Support Section, has made an award of a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Requirements contract. The order resulted from our Request for Proposal (RFP) – HSFEHQ-09-R-0009, under which you submitted a proposal. The Government awarded task order number HSFEHQ-09-D-0321 to: Winbourne & Costas 1411 K St NW Suite 200 Washington, DC 20005-3496 The amount of the indefinite-delivery requirements contract is not-to-exceed $30 million for the base and four option periods. The Government received seventeen proposals. Award was made to the firm that offered the best overall value to the Government using the evaluation factors listed in the RFP in section L.3.1 and M.2.
