- I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation W912L7-09-T-0028 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. (III) This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 20005-30. (IV) This acquisition is being set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 423830, small business size standard 100 employees. (V) COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001- Quantity 2 - Model Number S-24-2, compressor 25hp, Boge, 230/460V, 115psi, TEFC severe duty motor, low noise enclosure dimension of compressor: W47-2 X D33.5 X H59. Air compressors to operate 2 each RAM35B-ACG1H Media Blasters. Boge compressors or equal must meet the following compressed air requirements for each media blaster. With 3/8" (9.5 mm) nozzle and vibrating screen: 80 - 146 CFM (2.3-4.1 cmm). CLIN 0002 - Quantity 1- Model Number UA 250, dryer 250 cfm, refrigerated, 460V dimension of dryer: W2532 X D38 X 42. CLIN 0007 - Quantity 3 - Model Number C9000-40-AIR-BLUE, Tubing, 40mm blue. CLIN 0008 - Quantity 10 - Model Number C90130-40, elbow, 40mm. Failure to include sufficient information may result in no further consideration of your quote. Offeror may, at the discretion of the Government, be asked to provide more information and clarification regarding their or equal offer/quote. Request for such information does not constitute discussions. (VII) Place of Delivery: McGhee Tyson ANG Base, Louisville, TN 37777, FOB POINT IS DESTINATION. (IX) The Government will award a firm-fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation, to the responsible offeror based on price and other price related factors.
