- Marad Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet is seeking a replacement propulsion diesel engine for its patrol boat PF-611 KESTREL. The engine must be a Cummins model QSB5.9-M and be a direct replacement for its current starboard engine, a Cummins model QSB5.9-M serial number 46541895. The engine is to of new manufacture.NAICS is 333618 Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing, Size Standard is 1000 Employees. RFQ is set aside to small businesses. NOTES: (1) Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation. (2) The RFQ will not be issued earlier then March 31, 2009. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting and and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov or http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Include the RFQ number DTMA4Q09023 in the email subject line.No paper copies of the solicitation will be available.
