- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-317-7792/ IQC09051009024, STRAP ASSEMBLT, FAIR. Currently the only approved sources for this item are G. S. E. DYNAMICS, INC., cage 29183, ESSNER MANUFACTURING, L.P., cage 2B834, MCDONNELL DOUGLAS CORPORATION cage, 76301, and NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS, cage 76823. This is a Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. Only offers from SB concerns will be considered. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. The estimated annual demand is 108 units. The required delivery schedule is 156 DARO for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
