- Solicitation for NSN 1660-01-116-4664/ IQC09051009026, INSULATION, PIPE COVER. Currently the only approved sources for this item are HI-TEMP INSULATION, INC., cage 25167, MCDONNELL DOUGLAS CORPORATION, cage 76301 and NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS, cage 76823. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. The estimated annual demand is 144 units. The required delivery schedule is 106 DARO for delivery of production units. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
