- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration OFFICE SPACE REQUIRED Glenwood Springs, CO The Federal Government has a requirement to lease space consisting of approximately 4,118 rentable square feet of office space. Contiguous office space is preferable. Office usable space must yield 3,581 of BOMA usable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Existing buildings will be considered. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be the U.S. Forest Service Agency. Expressions of interest should include the following: Proposed Occupancy Date: August 1, 2009 or earlier. Location: The space shall be located within the delineated area: The delineated area is the city of Glenwood Springs, CO including the Central Business District. Lease Term: Ten (10) years, ten (5) years firm; Available Space: Property must have available parking including paved area for 29 parking spaces. Only properties that are contained on or within these boundaries meet or are capable of meeting the above criteria will be considered for this procurement.
