- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) has a requirement for lodging and meeting space in Ontario, CA on July 28-30, 2009, for the State and Local Law Enforcement Training Symposium (SLLETS). This acquisition is unrestricted. Applicable NAICS is 711210, size standard $7.0 million. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote should be submitted by interested parties as shown below. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-30, provisions and clauses as attached. Responses must be provided by e-mail ( patsy.adams-santana@dhs.gov ) or by fax to 912-280-5343. Requirement Description: LODGING ROOM - Arriving 7/28/2009 - Departing 7/30/2009. Single Occupancy, 100 rooms per night x 2 nights = 200 room night, including Ontario Tax 11.75% lodging tax. MEETING ROOM PACKAGE - 1-General Session Room (Minimum 8000 sq. ft.), 2 days 3-Breakout Rooms (Minimum 1800 sq. ft.), 3 days 1-Office Space (Minimum 1,000 sq. ft.), (7/27-30, 2009) 21% Service charge for meeting room set-up. Conference rooms: audio/visual equipment rental, podiums, microphones, projector screen, sound mixers w/CD/DVD players, speakers, audiovisual carts, power strips, extension cords, fees. Prior to award of the contract, a site visit must be conducted by an OSL representative.
