Description

The General Services Administration on behalf of Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement desires to lease approximately 42,415 rsf of first class office space, together with 37 secured parking spaces for Government vehicles. The site must be located within the Central Business District of Bakersfield, CA. The agency currently occupies 28,440 rsf of office space at 800 Truxton St. Bakersfield, CA. under lease number GS-09B-00086. Space build out must be duplicated like for like of existing space at lessor's expense. Expansion space required is 13,975 rsf. The lease will expire on 6/19/2012.
