- SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic intends to negotiate a sole-source contractestimated in the amount of $155,895.00 to JEM Engineering, the manufacturer ofthe Broadband Antenna (High Gain Sector Coverage) 901-0012-001. JEMEngineering is the sole manufacturer of this component and hold the proprietaryrights. This equipment is used in fielding with the Joint Threat WarningSystem Ground SIGINT Kit (JTWS GSK) and meets specific critical design,functional and operational requirements and environmental requirementsnecessary for fleet mission support. SPAWARSYSCEN-Atlantic has been requestedto procure this equipment for the military warfighter. JEM Engineering is the only source capable of providing the requested items.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
