- USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue a sole source award to Emerson Network Power, Liebert Services, Inc. to provide preventative maintenance and emergency repair services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Small Business Size Standard is $7,000,000.00 annual gross revenues. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the test program for commercial items per FAR 13.5. The ERDC requires maintenance, repair, inspection services and modifications, when applicable for select Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Power Distribution Unit (PDU), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) battery and Site Scan Monitoring HW/SW systems and associated peripheral equipment located at the Army Corps of Engineers-Information Technology (ACE-IT) facilities in Portland, Oregon. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist by 04:30 PM CST, Monday, March 23, 2009.
