- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source (Note 22) contract to Candela Corporation, 530 Boston Post RD, Wayland, MA 01778., for Annual Service Contract for Smooth Beam and V-Beam. Annual service contract on two (2) Laser System, Smooth Beam-SN: 0747 and V-Beam SN:5385 to provide telephonic, onsite emergency service including labor, parts, non-consumable parts as needed and one (1) twelve (12) packs of cryogen, at Walter, Reed Army Medical Center. The Solicitation number is W91YTZ-09-T-0065. This notice is a requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Ave., NW., Washington, DC 20307. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Responses(s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include companys name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number.
