- The contractor will provide the following to Letterkenny Army Depot. Required supply and installation of an environmental chamber will be posted on solicitation (W911N2-09-R-0054). The contract will be created under the terms of a firm fixed price contract. Competition for this requirement will be under the terms of a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation date: O/A 19 March 2009, Closing date: O/A 6 April 2009. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 19 March 2009.
