Solicitation is for a long term contract with one base year and three one year options. FOB is destination, Source inspection required, Contractor First Article Testing is required. Required delivery is 240 days including FAT. If FAT is waived then delivery is 120 days. This is a commercial item and will be solicited under FAR 13.5. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is 3/17/09. The closing date is 3/31/09. The solicitation and drawings will not become available until the issue date. A copy of the solicitation will be available on DLA Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) Website: //www.dibbs.bsm.mil. Past Performance is of more importance than price. Award is expected by 5/4/09.
