- This solicitation is being issued as small business set aside for one Self-Propelled Scissors Lift each delivered to and Fairchild AFB, Nellis AFB, Norfolk Naval Base, Ft Bragg North, and Ft. Hood II Defense Commissary Agency stores. A lift is also required for Kadena AFB but the successful contractor’s responsibility will be to deliver the machine, properly braced and blocked to the point of embarkation, Tracy Depot, CA. NAICS code is 423830 and the Business Size Standard is 500 for this requirement. The online procurement services, FedBid including Reverse auction will be used for this procurement.
