- PR: 0020795283 RFP: SPM4A5-09-R-0504 NSN: 3110-01-513-6327, BEARING, ROLLER, CYLINDRICAL, in accordance with CFM International, Inc. Cage 58828, P/Ns: 305-355-718-0, 335-352-303-0, & 340-167-902-0. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies – Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. The NSN is Foreign Bearing Waiver approved for FY09 in accordance with procedures at DFARS 225.7009-4 due to lack of domestic sourcing. Subsequent fiscal year waivers will be obtained until a domestic source is located. A letter solicitation for a quantity 75 each will be issued with expected award to sole source CFM International, Inc. against their Basic Ordering Agreement.
