- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F1C7AM9056A001 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20080812. This solicitation is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS in accordance with FAR Part 19. The FSC code is 3990, Standard Industrial Classification code is 3537, NAICS code is 333298, and SB size standard is 500. Quotes should reference RFP No F1C7AM9056A001. The contractor shall provide the following brand name or equal: One Dura-Ramp Mobile (DR-M36) Portable Steel Loading Dock. The dock shall meet the following requirements: capacity 50,0001bs; Level Off Length 6 FT; Incline Length 30 FT; Overall Width 120 IN; Service Width 114 IN; Decking material is solid checker plate decking with an anti-slip marine paint; Adjustable Deck Height 42-56' via 2 speed user friendly hand crank system; Heavy-Duty Axles & Wheel system for ultra-portability; Tires will be foam filled. A site visit will not be held. Offerors must provide warranty information specific to all equipment as well as provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide this supply. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government.
