- J&A - Brand Name RFQ Attachment for CLIN 0004 RFQ Attachment for CLIN 0002 RFQ Attachment for CLIN 0001 Request for Quotation (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued by the DITCO-EUROPE, Unit 4235 Box 143, APO AE 09136-5375 or Gebäude 143, 67681 Sembach-Heuberg, Germany. Request for Quotation (RFQ) HC1021-09-T-2012 applies and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-25. This is a brand name requirement and the J&A is attached. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Commercial item type contract in accordance with the procedures detailed in FAR 13.5. NAICS code 541519, CISCO Support Service. Please provide your quotation electronically in accordance with the attached RFQ and CLIN Attachments to uschi.thau@disa.mil and PL512 @disa.mil. Quotations shall also include company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, CAGE code, and Tax Identification Number (TIN). If you have any questions, please submit them no later than 13 March 2009 to both e-mail addresses above.
