- The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement to provide engineering and technical support in the following areas: Coherent Radar Electronic Attack; Transmitter Technology Research and Development; Multi-Spectral Electronic Attack; Dual-Polarized Technology/Electronic Attack; Information Warfare Technology and; Information Technology and Systems Support. The anticipated period of performance is a basic award of twelve months with four 12-month options, if exercised. The anticipated level of effort is 17,100 for the basic contract and 17,100 for each option, if exercised. The incumbent contractor is ITT-AES, Inc. located in Alexandria, VA under contract number N00173-04-C-2010. It is anticipated that only one award will result from this procurement. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. This is not a solicitation. The actual closing date for proposals will be stated in the solicitation when issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
