- The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition for the interior/roof demolition and complete renovation of an existing 50,000 SF building including the construction of a 7,000 SF mezzanine to the interior of the building. The project includes the exterior demolition and subsequent construction of the entire roofing system (including all roof structural support members) and the interior demolition and subsequent construction of the electrical, plumbing, HVAC system, separation walls, flooring and bathrooms. Renovation includes new interior and exterior finishes and restrooms, to include the extension of the existing utilities as necessary. Exterior work is also involved including paving and landscaping. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 236210 - Industrial Building Construction. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3. Point of contact including phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm (8(a), small business, service disabled veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUBZone business, or small disadvantaged business). 5.
