- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912l7-09-T-0027 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. The Tennessee Army National Guard has the following requirements. This requirement is being advertised as a small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 with a Small Business Size Standard of seven million dollars ($7,000,000.00) per year. All responsible sources determined to be a small business by the Small Business Administration may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, FAR 252.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, FAR 252.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 (Dev) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive OrdersCommercial Items (JUN 2006) (Deviation), FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984) and DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms, Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (JUL 2006) (Deviation). Quotes are due in this office no later than 4:30 PM Central Daylight Savings time, Thursday March 12, 2009. They can be emailed to jane.swafford@us.army.mil or facsimile to 615-313-2659. Offers will be evaluated using the evaluation criteria outlined in FAR 13. The award will be made to the vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government. The evaluated non-cost factors for this acquisition shall be sufficiency, and availability. Past Performance will not be an evaluation factor in this acquisition. To be determined sufficient for this requirement, offers shall: offer a hotel within ten (10) to fifteen (15) miles of 2610 E. Holmes Road, Memphis, TN 38118 and offer a hotel not more than five years old. Please provide a quote for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): 0003 One single room checking in on March 20, 2009 and checking out on March 30, 2009 for a total of one (1) room for 10 days. 0004 Forty (40) Double occupancy rooms checking in on March 20, 2009 and checking out on March 30, 2009 for a total of four hundred room days. 0005 One single room (1) Double occupancy rooms checking in on April 5, 2009 and checking out on 11 April, 2009 for a total of one (1) room for 8 days. 0006 Forty (40) Double occupancy rooms check in on April 5, 2009 and checking out on April 11, 2009 for a total of three hundred twenty room days. (40 X 8). Vendors who respond to this solicitation should provide a price per room and a total for all rooms during this period of performance. Vendors shall also include descriptive literature documenting the hotel offered is sufficient for this solicitation. Please provide Dun and Bradstreet number, tax identification number, CAGE code and a copy of your Offeror Representations and Certifications with quote. Vendor must be CCR registered.
