- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Solicitation number F1B2E19049A002 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 336413. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for: (QTY: 2)-Malabar Model 8784B Tire and Jack Transports. Each will include Dual Aircraft Tire compartment (Up to 56 In. Diameter), Axle Jack Compartment (35 - 86 ton Jack), Compartment for Wheel/Brake Changer (Hangar Type), EASY LIFT system (provides up to 5.5 In. ground clearance), Tire and Axle Jack Restraint Straps, Auxiliary Tow Pintle, Nitrogen Bottle Storage, Low Pressure Regulator and Hose Assembly (provides Powersource for EasyLift system), Tool Box for Aircraft Wheel and Brake Tools, Towbar with Parking Brake, Foam filled Tires, and a Service Manual. Trailer, E-Z Load Service includes: (1)-3600 PSI Nitrogen Bottle, (1)-Control Panel Cover, (4)-Side Restraint Chains and Special Paint Color Cardinal / Semi-Gloss Grey 6403-26173. Please include Set-up on Skid for each unit, as well as freight charges. Products must be "Brand Name", or equal. If providing an "EQUAL" product, please provide the specifications for each item. Award will be based on price, and suitability of the item at the desired location. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
