- This is an unrestricted acquisition for the procurement of Containers in support of an Army requirement with the destination of Camp Carroll, Waegwan, Korea. The intent of the solicitation is to request pricing for 70 each of New 40’ ISO Containers classified as National Stock Number (NSN) 8145-01-463-8555. The solicitation will be conducted utilizing the procedures specified under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items IAW FAR 13.5. The award will be a one time Firm Fixed Price Contract and shall be issued utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Method of Source Selection. The required delivery schedule is sixty (60) days ADO. The technical data will be available during the time of solicitation. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DoDSSP) in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from ASSIST database via the internet at http://assist.daps.mil/. Users may search for documents using ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. Documents not available for downloading from ASSIST can be ordered from the DoDSSP using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard, after establishing a DoDSSP Customer Account by following the registration procedures or by calling the DoDSSP Special Assistance Desk (215)697-2179 (DSN: 442-2179) Users not having access to the Internet may contact the DoDSSP, Special Assistance Desk at (215) 697-2179) or mail requests to the DoDSSP, bldg. 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. Patterns, Drawings, Deviation Lists, Purchase Descriptions, etc., are not stocked at the DSCP. Copies of the solicitation can be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFP's". A search may be conducted on a number of data elements. Run search and choose the RFQ you wish to view and download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF), so in order to access these documents you will need to install latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
