- The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations, intends to issue a Purchase Order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to the Real Estate Executive Board,1919 N Lynn St. Arlington, VA 22209-1705 for electronic membership subscription services to Real Estate Executive Board Publications on a sole source basis. The period of performance for this membership is one year, beginning on 09/01/2009 and ending on 08/31/2010. This membership will support the DHS Chief Administrative Office, Office of Real Property, in its mission to provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Real Estate Executives direction and coordination for all communications and relationships between DHS and other agencies with extensive real estate holdings. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because the Real Estate Executive Board is the publisher and sole distributor of Real Estate Executive Publications.
