- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm Fixed Price for the construction of individual drilled, water pressure systems, individual waste disposal systems, community water & sewer connections, and inspection and repair of existing septic systems, on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation; Huges, Hyde, & Buffalo Counties in South Dakota. The total project completion date; base year to end on December 31, 2009 with two (2) one (1) year options to December 31, 2011. BID BOND, PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS ARE REQUIRED. Project magnitude is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract. IFB-OM-2009-3564 will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication which is March 25, 2009. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five $25.00 dollars for the solicitation documents.
