- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center, Grand Forks, North Dakota, requires one 8 Channel Low Volume Spectrophotometer. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are Price, Technical Characteristics and Past Performance. The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading approximately March 13, 2009. The offer response date is approximately March 26, 2009.
