- Description
- The US Fish and Wildlife Service intents to purchase a 2007 Peterbilt Truck Tractor Model 379 EX HD to serve as the SE Idaho Refuge Complex's only transport truckbetween five refuges that comprise the complex. The vehicle must be equipped with a hydraulic wet kit for the side dump tailer that this unit will tow.The solicitation will only be available at the following setsite: http:ideasec.nbc.gov. The solicitation will close at 03/19/2009 Close of Business unless amendments are issued. This acquisition is open to small business; the associated NAICS code is 441229 and the small business size standard is 7.0 million. The Product and Service Code is 2320. The government will award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from the solicitation to the resonsible offerors, conforming to the solicitation with the lowest price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
