- As a follow-up to the vendor informational conference held 5 March 2009 (see Commerce Business Daily (CBD) announcement published 18 February 2009) CNMOC/NAVICP request prospective vendors to provide a "White Paper" submission containing feedback on the information provided during the CNMOC/NAVICP vendor conference. White papers are a Contractor's feedback of innovative ideas, suggestions, additions, deletions and changes to the information received via the vendor information conference and the draft Statement of Objectives. The white papers will be thoroughly reviewed for informational purposes and all information will be treated as Proprietary Information. White papers, although not a requirement to quote on the resulting request for proposal (RFP), are strongly encouraged from all interested participants. White papers will be accepted on or before Friday, 27 March 2009, before 4:30 p.m. e.s.t., via vendor uploads in to the Government eProcurement email toolbox at www.govauctions.procuri.com. Format: 1.Font 10-12, 2.Ten page limit to "each" of the eight functional areas,3.Five page limit for "other" information.
