- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The National Park Service is seeking a contractor capable of installing telephone and voicemail systems at buildings located within Vicksburg National Military Park. SOW is attached to the solicitation Q5601-09-0006 that corresponds with this announcement. FOB: Destination for installation at Vicksburg National Military Park, located in Vicksburg, MS: Magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $50,000. Procurement is being conducted under full and open competition procedures. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 238990 with a size standard of 500 employees. The following clauses cited are applicable: FAR 52.232.33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer- Central Contractor Registration. PRICE SHALL INCLUDE FOB DESTINATION CHARGES. All offers should be faxed or emailed to the attention of Warren Pannell, Contracting Officer, at 662-434-4033 or warren_pannell@nps.gov. The due date for all quotes is NLT March 25, 2009 by 4:30 p.m. CST. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes electronically on the Department of Interior's National Business Center (NBC) web site, at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
