- Pre-solicitation notice for the replacement of a crane bridge for an overhead crane system: The Government intends to issue a firm fixed priced contract for the replacement of a crane bridge in Building 1 at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-09-T-0093 will be released O/A 17 March 2009, Closing date: O/A 31 March 2009. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A site visit will be held for venders to review the location for the work contemplated to be performed. Information regarding the site visit will be addressed in the solicitation. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
