- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIEVE A RESPONSE. United States of the Office of Personnel Management, Federal investiagtive Service Division is conducting a market suvery to determine the existence of sources that have the capability to furnish and install conferenece room furniture and chairs and chairs for the training lab. Conference room is approx 17’ x 21’. The conference table will be situated in the center of the room w/10 chairs with wheels around it and 10 chairs w/out wheels situated along the walls of the room. Conference Room All furniture should be in a mahogany finish 1 Solid Wood Oval Conference table 120” L x 48” W. The following items should be styled to match the conference table proposed in your response. 1 Computer cart 26 ¾” W x 19” D x 26” H, mahogany 1 VCR/TV cabinet 36” W x 24” D x 19” H, mahogany 1 Visual Board Cabinet 48” W x 32” H, mahogany 10 Chairs, Executive Style, Black leather w/wood trip, medium back swivel, open arm, 3 button detail, on casters. Seat 25” W x 27” D x 41 ½ - 45” H. Seat 18 ½” D x 17-20” H. Arm 25 3/8” – 29” H. Between arms 19 ½”. Pneumatic lift, knee-tilt control, contoured lumbar support and a waterfall seat edge. 10 Chairs Executive Style, dimensions as above but with straight legs Chairs for Training Lab Require 41 Ergonomic Task Chair Overall Depth 22" to 25" Overall Width 24.75" Overall Height 36.75" to 41.75 Seat Height 16" to 21" Adjust for different statures or 15" to 19" Seat Depth 15" to 18" Adjust for different leg lengths Seat Width 19.25" Ample seat width accommodates different body sizes Adjustable Lumbar Support: Lumbar Height from Seat 3" to 8.5" 5.5" of additional lumbar support Back Height from Seat 22.75" Back accommodates different body sizes Arm Height from Seat 7" to 11" Adjust to support arms when shoulders are relaxed Distance between Armrests 14.25" to 20.25" Adjust for different torso widths Armcap Pivot Range 45° Require 41 Ergonomic Task Chair with the Ability to pivot arms in and out Armcap Depth 3" Ability to retract 3" Height, pivot and retractable adjustable arm Black frame Mesh/knit back Also contractor are required to furnish literture depicting the styles and type of furniture that offer the deminsion of furniture requested. Indicated if items can be acquired by GSA Schedule and your best commerical delivery schedule. Vendor shall remove all packing material and trash. Vendor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Vornado Charles E Smith in the required format prior to delivery and installation of furniture. Sample of COI will be provided as well as point of contact at Vornado Charles E Smith. Delivery location is 1901 S Bell St Suites 526 and 529, Arlington VA. Loading dock is available. No freight elevator available. Dedicated passenger elevator will be reserved for use of contractor. Furniture required 30 days after purchase order is issued.
