- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Service Source under authority 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to provide food services: 3/16-20/2009; 04/5/2009; 04/28-05-01/2009; and 06/03/2009. A sole source justification has been justified, certified and approved for Service Source. Telephone request will not be honored. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition PRocedures. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order. Closing date and time are March 12, 2009 at 12 noon.
