- The United States Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific, USCG MLCP, in Oakland, CA proposes to contract for the installation of two heat pump compressor units onboard USCGC HENRY BLAKE in Everett, WA 98207. Contractor shall provide and install two heat pump compressors, model# NRA2-0500-TFD-200. Contractor shall also inspect and test run all six heat pumps assemblies onboard cutter and provide a written inspection report of findings.
