- Appendices covering the ONE-NET Current Architecture Framework, SeverityLevels, Performance Measures, etc. are now available. Interested parties maycontact the contracting officer via e-mail in order to receive the appendices. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic has arequirement to support the refresh of ONE-NET server farms. The refresh willinclude upgrading hardware as well as improving data services, performance,and future capabilities. The server farm includes Core Services,Messaging/Collaboration Services, Web, Remote Access, File, Print, Database,Network, and User monitoring services. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to issue a full and open competitivesolicitation. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity cost plus incentivefeeand firm fixed price type contract is anticipated with a base period of oneyearand four one-year options. All responsible sources are invited to submit aproposal which will be considered. The applicable NAICS Code is 541512 with asize standard of $25M. It is anticipated that the solicitation and any documents related to thisprocurement will be available on the Internet, on or about 16 March 2009 atthe SPAWAR Business Opportunity Website, located at the following address:https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil; and the Federal Business OpportunitiesWebsite: www.fbo.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor thesesitesfor the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potentialofferorswill be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation andamendments (if any). No paper distribution of these documents will beprovided.
