- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office (CGS) in Portland, Oregon has a requirement at San Diego National Wildlife Refuge (San Diego County) near Jamul, California to remove and recycle the existing fencing, supply new fencing (approximately 450 feet of 6 feet high chain link fence with 3 strands of barbed wire atop the fence with two 6 foot wide locking gates) and install the new fence. Project magnitude is less than $25,000. The selection (evaluation) process shall be "best value" in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.101. The criteria for award shall be stated in the solicitation. Solicitation number 801819Q165, including all attachments will be made available in approximately 5 days and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fbo.gov or www.nbc.gov.
