Description
This is a sources sought synopsis; there is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will receive no response. This Sources Sought Synopsis is published for market research purposes only. This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition. Large Businesses will be required to submit a small business subcontractor plan. This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources capable of meeting the requirements for providing support in the spectral measurement and analysis MASINT efforts at NGIC to satisfy its role in scientific and technical signature intelligence production and general support and reinforcement to the military intelligence brigades and the Technical Collection Program (TCP) administered by INSCOM. The support will include additional design, development, testing, installation, maintenance, sustainment and upgrade to components of the NGIC spectral Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) program. This contract also encompasses efforts at other Army military intelligence production centers involved in spectral MASINT efforts.). The anticipated contract vehicle is a Firm Fixed priced contract with award fee. All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package which explicitly demonstrates capabilities and expertise related to this effort. The contractor will be required to have a Top Secret clearance prior to summiting a proposal. Your package should demonstrate capabilities, expertise and past performance relevant to the requirements cited above. Your Capabilities Package should not exceed 15 pages and should include the following: Company Name; Address; Point of Contact; Telephone number; E-Mail Address; CAGE Code; Web Page URL; Certification of small business status.
