- Description
- Work consists of placing sheet piling from a floating plant, backfilling, placing concrete pile cap, filling, placing concrete walkways and ramps, placing concrete for an amphitheater, constructing small MSE walls, grading and seeding and minor demolition for the Parkersburg Riverfront Park Project, Parkersburg, WV. The contract also contains an option that consists of placing sheet piling from a floating plant, backfilling, placing concrete pile cap, filling, placing concrete walkways and ramps, constructing a comfort station, constructing water, electrical lighting, sanitary sewer facilities, constructing small MSE walls, grading and seeding and minor demolition. The cost range of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Delivery shall be completed within 730 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. The date for a site-visit and pre-bid conference will be provided in the solicitation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990, which has a size standard of $33.5 million in average annual receipts. Funding for this project is not currently available. It is anticipated that funding will be available before bid opening. Bids cannot be accepted until funding is available. For this reason, date for receipt of bids MAY be extended by amendment to the solicitation. Solicitation documents will be available March 16, 2009 and can be downloaded at https://www.fbo.gov/.
