- IQC09058009006. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-180-7724, Window Panel, IAW Bell Helicopter (CAGE 97499) drawing 206-032-116 and AMCOM (CAGE 81996) Procurement Package Rev H dated 13DEC05 and SS206-032-116 Rev C dated 30SEP05. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item as of March 5, 2009. Surge is required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 60 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery for production units is 126 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. First Article (Contractor) applies, as doe a Government Fit Test and a Government-furnished Mylar. Export Control applies. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is March 20, 2009. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about April 20, 2009. The technical data package for this procurement is only available in CAPRS at https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd/ and will not be available until the anticipated solicitation posting date of March 20, 2009.
