Description

<h4 style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"> Description : This project is for the repair and maintenance of the high temperature hot water lines at building 349, 735, and 1320 on Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to repair and maintain the high temperature hot water lines on the above mentioned buildings in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 14 Apr 2009. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 18 May 2009. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.gov/). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 29 Dec 2009, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/). The magnitude or this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. </h4>
