- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Quote number is W912L9-09-T-0015 for a single, firm fixed-price contract for the following items.. Item 0001: MOWER, BURTON MODEL NUMBER 642247 w/72 INCH CUTTING DECK AND 37 HP KAWASKI ENGINE. 2 each. Item 0002: MOWER, BURTON MODEL NUMBER 642248 w52INCH CUTTING DECK AND 21 HP KAWASKI ENGINE 2 each. Price quotes must include freight. Delivery Deliver to AASF 3556 North Michigan Road, Shelbyville, Indiana 46176-0414. Delivery date: 15 May 2009. Anticipated Issue Date of the purchase order is: 2 April 2009. Final inspection and acceptance will be performed by the AASF. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This Request for quote (RFQ) can be found at www.nationalguardcontracting.org, then click on NGB Advertised Solicitations. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This requirement is being advertised as a 100% small business set aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423820 with a Small Business Size Standard of five hundred (100) employees. The SIC code is 3524. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. SEE clauses on the quote that are applicable to this acquisition. DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms, Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items through (November 2008) are applicable. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. For security reasons, all potential offerors, plan rooms and printing companies are required to register in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/.
