Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Bio-Rad Laboratories, Life Science Group, 2000 Alfred Nobel Drive, Hercules, CA 94547 for a one year full service maintenance agreement. Line Item (1) Catalog # 171000205WS, Bio-Plex 200 System + HTF (Serial Number LX10007089402) Location of equipment (Columbus, OH); Line Item (2) Catalog # 171000205WS, Bio-Plex 200 System + HTF (Serial Number LX10007100402), Location of equipment (Boston, MA); and Catalog # 171000210WS, Bio-Plex 200 Array Reader (Serial Number LX10006037401 and LX10007100404), Location of equipment (New York, NY). CDC believes that this requirement can best be provided by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy Agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued.
