- NSN: 6340-00-862-2026, Diaphragm. Pre-solicitation notice issued to establish a Firm Fix Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with base and four (4) option years. The guaranteed minimum is 50 each. The minimum delivery order is 50 each and the maximum is 200 each. Estimated annual quantity is 230 and the maximum annual contract quantity is 300 each. This is an unrestricted procurement. There is a surge requirement for this procurement. Approved source is Aero Tactical Corporation, cage 56243 and P/N 093-000-001. This part is use on the C-130 Hercules and C-5 Galaxy aircrafts. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery: 96 days ARO or best available. FOB is at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination will be required. This is a Critical Application Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The anticipated solicitation issue date is March 20, 2009 and the anticipated closing date is April 20, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:// www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
