- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of supplying 16 new Shore Power Cable Trolleys for the Subase Nlon, Groton, CT- Public Works Department in accordance with the Specifications. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00189-09-T-G026. The NAICS code is 333923 - Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist and Monorail System manufacturing, and the small business standard is 500 Employees. This is a total small business competitive action. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contract Specialist via e-mail or fax ONLY. This RFQ w! ill incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Lack of registration in the central contractor registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) will make a vendor ineligible for award.
