- Reference this announcement made for the intent to award a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for issuance of orders for rental of equipment with operator to perform tree cutting services located on Waterfowl Production Areas and adjacent private land areas within the St. Croix Wetland Management District area, west central Wisconsin. This announcement is amended to state the (1) the Government anticipates multiple awards to be made under this solicitation; and (2) orders issued under any resultant BPA may be made with funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("Recovery Act") of 2009. Accordingly, those orders issued will require compliance with all transparency requirements per the Recovery Act and future guidance. In addition, the due date for quotations is changed to March 13, 2009, 4:30 p.m. CST.
